This past year the Pandemic has impacted the mental health of many people of all ages worldwide. Although vaccines are being distributed, we believe the focus on mental health will continue, especially in high stress occupations. It is also important to recognize the increase in suicides and educating our society to reduce the stigma of the effects of the pandemic, including PTSD, and suicide.
