What is the Crisis Resource Library?

The Crisis Resource Library is a digital library that will have a variety of resources available to individuals, members, approved instructors and CISM Teams.  These digital resources will be in the form of videos, PDF’s, audio (.mp3), and more.  We are beginning with a variety of videos and as new content is created, you’ll see it listed in the resource library.

Are all of the resources free within the Crisis Resource Library?

We offer some resources for free as well as discounted rates for our members.  To receive the discounted rates through the Crisis Resource Library, consider becoming an ICISF Member today!

How do I make a purchase through the Crisis Resource Library?

You start by clicking on the product you’d like to purchase, adding it to your cart and then checking out.  It will walk you through entering your personal and payment information.  An account will automatically be created for you so you can login to view your purchases in the future.

What if I’m already an ICISF Member?

As an ICISF Member, you will receive discounts that will be automatically applied if you are logged in.  You can login to your ICISF Member account by clicking “Account Login” on the upper right-hand side. You will then be redirected back to the Crisis Resource Library to select digital products and checkout.

I have questions about the Crisis Resource Library.  Where can I reach someone?

You can send an email to [email protected].  An ICISF staff member will reach out to you within 24-48 hours during regular working hours.

What type of products are offered within the Crisis Resource Library?

We currently offer videos within the Crisis Resource Library, but will be adding a variety of other resource types (PDF’s and audio) in the future.  We are currently transitioning all of our current resources listed on our website into this new library resource.

How can I see more information about each product?

If you click on the product name, you’ll then be directed to the product page with more detailed information about the product.

I don’t see the discounted rates for ICISF Members?  How do I view it?

You have to login on your ICISF Member account to view the discounted rates.  You can login to your ICISF Member account by clicking “Account Login” on the upper left-hand side. You will then be redirected back to the Crisis Resource Library to select digital products and checkout.

I’m not an ICISF member.  How do I view my purchases?

As a non-member, you can login to your account to view your purchases by clicking “Account Login” on the upper left-hand side. You will then be redirected back to the Crisis Resource Library.

Checkout Information

How do I checkout once I add a product to my cart?

After you have added all of the items to your cart you wish to purchase, select the “Cart” and hit “Checkout“.  You will then be prompted to enter your personal and payment information.  Once you have purchased these items, they will show up on the dashboard of your account so you can reference them at any time.

Is sales tax applied if I live in Maryland?

Yes, all MD residents will have sales tax applied to your purchase automatically when you checkout.

Can you refund any digital products after purchasing? 

Unfortunately, all digital products are non-refundable.  We encourage everyone to review your products within your Cart prior to making the final purchase.

How do I view my products after I purchase them?

Once you checkout and provide payment for your product, you can then login to your account and view your purchase.
