Margaret flew with the University of California, Davis, Medical Center’s Life Flight helicopter program in Sacramento, CA for over 11 years and has been active in CISM since 1989. She is the Administrative Coordinator and an active peer for the NorCal CISM Regional Registry Team. She is President of the Board for the Surface to Air Response Team for CISM (START for CISM), the national air medical and airborne law enforcement industry crisis intervention team. Margaret is certified to teach the ICISFs approved provider courses for CISM: Individual Crisis Intervention & Peer Support, and CISM: Basic and Advanced. She presents on a national basis and has facilitated crisis intervention services to fire, police, hospital, industry, military and flight personnel.
