Lynn has been recognized as the first full time paid coordinator of CISM services for Delaware County, PA, a position she has held since 1988. She provides county-wide CISM coordination and counsels emergency service providers and their families after critical events. Lynn has also been instrumental in CISM Program Development and other CISM services and has assisted in the development of CISM programs all over the world. She is an ICISF approved instructor for CISM: Group Crisis Intervention, CISM: Advanced Group Crisis Intervention, CISM: Individual Crisis and Peer Support, and the Families and CISM: Developing a Comprehensive Program courses as well as ICISF’s Region II Liaison. Lynn has served at many major disasters providing both support services and direction. Lynn is on the faculty at Drexel University and St. Joseph’s University where she has developed and teaches CISM courses at the Bachelors and Masters levels using her experience in the emergency services and airline safety fields.
