Wright, MRE, MA, H. Norman

H. Norman Wright, M.R.E., M.A. is a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Therapist. He is a certified trauma specialist and traumatologist. He was former director of the Graduate Department of Marriage, Family and Child Counseling at Biola University, as well as an associate professor of Christian Education and Director of the Graduate Department of Christian Education at the Talbot School of Theology. He currently serves as faculty for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. He was in private practice for over thirty years. He is the author of over 75 books including: The New Guide to Crisis and Trauma Counseling, Recovering from the Losses of Life, and Experiencing Grief. He conducts grief recovery seminars nationally for communities and debriefings for various agencies. He also conducts training for the Victim Chaplain Association of America as well as other agencies.
